Purchase Agreement Accepted upon Payment:
File Retrieval

This Purchase Agreement confirms that the Client has requested the following services from Dana Lynn Photography:

• Retrieval of final edited video and/or photo files (originally delivered to the Client).

• Delivery via an online download link, which will remain active for 30 days from the date the Client receives the link.

The Client agrees to download the files within this 30-day active timeframe.

The Client understands that this service falls outside of their original one-year proofing and file delivery timeframe. The Client also acknowledges that Dana Lynn Photography had no contractual obligation to store their files after the initial one-year period following their event. However, Dana Lynn Photography endeavors to retain files when feasible as a courtesy.

The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $250 for this service and the delivery of the files.

The language in this Agreement will be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. By checking "I agree," the Client understands the conditions above and approves the terms of this purchase.
